Zinedine Zidane's charges come into the encounter unbeaten in 18 matches across all competitions, the last of which was a 3-1 win over Unionistas in the Copa del Rey.
The win did come at a cost though, as Gareth Bale picked up a knock after finding the back of the net and will miss this evening's encounter.
Valladolid, meanwhile, were dumped out of the cup by Tenerife on Wednesday, while they come into the encounter winless in their last eight encounters.
Despite the hosts' struggles, they managed to claim a point at the Santiago Bernabeu earlier this season with a 1-1 draw.
