Real Madrid will have top spot in their sights when they travel to the Estadio de Mendizorroza to take on Deportivo Alaves in LaLiga this afternoon.
The match is scheduled to get underway at 14h00.
Los Blancos weere involved in UEFA Champions League action earlier this week as they let a two-goal lead slip to draw 2-2 with Paris Saint-Germain.
In the league though, Zinedine Zidane's charges have found some consistency as they sit level on points with leaders FC Barcelona following a 3-1 win over Real Sociedad last weekend.
Victory for Los Blancos will see them move three points clear at the top, with the Catalan giants only in action on Sunday against Atletico Madrid.
Real will come up against a rejuvenated Alaves outfit, who come into the clash on the back of two successive league wins over Eibar and Real Valladolid.
Alaves will have fond memories of this fixture last season, where they registered a 1-0 win over Los Blancos.
