The 64-year-old tactician is currently in his second spell as head coach of the Spanish giants, although questions marks over his future remain ahead of the expiration of his deal in 2024.
Ancelotti has been linked with the Brazil job in recent years, but reports suggest that the ex-AC Milan manager has not yet agreed a deal with the five-time FIFA World Cup champions.
According to Sport, meanwhile, the Italian is unsure of continuing in Madrid beyond the 2023/24 campaign despite reportedly being offered the opportunity to extend his stay for another two years.
The Spanish publication claims Ancelotti is not totally convinced he will remain at the 14-time UEFA Champions League winners due to the club's policy of handing only one-year renewals to players older than 30.
It is claimed he would consider committing himself to Los Blancos if president Florentino Perez adapted his approach to his liking.
