According to L'Equipe, Brazil's all-time top goalscorer has told his entourage to orchestrate a move away from the French capital at the end of the season.
The 31-year-old has reportedly become disillusioned with the idea of retiring at the club after fans protested outside his home in Paris earlier this month.
Rumours have suggested that a number of Premier League clubs are interested in the winger, including Manchester United, Chelsea and Newcastle United.
Much of the PSG faithful have been vocal about their disapproval of Neymar in recent weeks, with the club's ultras even chanting for him to "get lost" outside PSG's headquarters having grown tired of the attacker's constant injuries, which have been the main downfall for the skilful attacker since arriving in Paris.
It is said that all parties involved now see the most beneficial course of action being for Neymar to leave.
The Mogi das Cruzes native has not played a match since PSG defeated Lille 4-3 in February, and that may have been his last game for the club as he reportedly sets his sights on a move to England.
Despite his persistent injuries in Ligue 1, the Brazil international has continued to contribute to many goals for Les Parisiens, managing 18 goals and 17 assists in 29 matches this season alone.

Neymar could be followed out the exit door by Lionel Messi, with the Argentine not expected to renew his expiring contract after his relationship with the club seemingly reached a new low following an unauthorised trip to Saudi Arabia.
