As the last stretch of the 2023/24 campaign approaches, the saga involving the France captain and his long-anticipated move to Real also appears to be reaching its final chapter.
The 25-year-old's contract with Les Parisiens concludes at the end of the season, and the prevailing sentiment is that he will join Los Blancos as a free agent.
Earlier this month, it was said that the Spanish giants already have two dates in mind for when they will announce their newest Galactico.
Whether PSG or Real get to the UEFA Champions League final will dictate how early the record competition winners will be able to unveil him in their famous white strip.
One thing that is for certain, however, and that is that fans can expect an announcement pertaining to the attacker's future before the 2024 UEFA European Championship, with Mbappe stating on the weekend that a decision will be confirmed before then.
"People will know my future before the Euros. I'm very calm about it," he told Telefoot.
"My future is no longer a huge topic at the club, no one talks to me about it anymore.
