FC Barcelona teammates and friends, Lionel Messi and Neymar, will meet each other as enemies in the Superclasico between Brazil and Argentina on Saturday.
Messi has helped Neymar to settle since arrival at Camp Nou last year and their partnership has been flourishing this season. While Messi scored seven goals and provided nine assists, Neymar has scored eight goals this season already.
Messi has also scored five goals while on national team duty for Argentina this year and overall sits on 42 goals for the Albiceleste - second most in Argentina's history.
Neymar had an even better year for Brazil, scoring an impressive nine goals in 2014. At only 22, he has already moved passed Brazil legends like Ronaldinho and Rivaldo in the Selecao's all-time scoring ranks with an impressive 36 goals.
Messi's Superclasico history is slightly worse than Neymar's. The 27-year-old has scored four goals (no assists), including a hat trick in 2012 against Argentina's bitter rivals, while Neymar has scored two goals and assisted three.
Out of the last six Superclasicos Messi has won two, drawn won and lost three, while Neymar has three wins, one draw and two defeats.
Both friends will meet each other in the Superclasico in Beijing at 14:05 tomorrow and be enemies for 90 minutes.
