Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema holds a record with FC Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi and teammate Cristiano Ronaldo.

The French forward has now joined the elite club that only Lionel Messi and teammate Cristiano Ronaldo are in, in becoming the third player in La Liga to have scored against every first-division team that he has come up against.
The Frenchman has, at times, come under criticism from supporters who suggest he only scores against weaker opposition. However, one of his favourite opponents to score against is rivals Barcelona - with a total of five goals against them in La Liga.
A week ago, the number nine scored his 84th goal in La Liga, and passed his idol, Ronaldo de Lima, who scored 83 goals at Los Blancos.
In total, the former Lyon man has 131 goals for Real, while he has assisted 84 goals.
This season Benzema has scored 19 goals in all competitions and assisted 13 times.
