Brazilian legend Kaka has said that Neymar will certainly be a Ballon D'Or winner in the future.
The former Real Madrid man, who won the prestigious award while playing for AC Milan in 2007, has endorsed the Barcelona star to be a future winner of the award, even though it may take time to dethrone the other two finalists for the 2015 award, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, who have claimed it for the past seven seasons straight.

"Thankfully, Neymar has improved a lot since he's gone to play in Europe - his game is a lot more mature. Now it's a matter of time until he reaches first place," he told FIFA.com.
The man to have won the award last, since the Messi-Ronaldo monopoly, discussed the nature of both players' domination, as well as the so-called 'Samba Drought' which has seen Brazil fail to collect any top accolades since he won the award eight years ago.
"It (the Balon D'Or winner) had always been a rotation: Ronaldo (Nazário) and Zidane won it three times, but there was always some other player - names like Figo, Ronaldinho, myself, Rivaldo, Cannavaro... Then comes this succession of Cristiano and Messi, only the two of them - and it is fair, for what they have been doing year after year.
"It (the 'Samba Drought') is difficult to point out a single reason for this, but it must serve to alert Brazilian football. And, truth be told, it's no easy task to forge a Ballon d'Or winner."
