With Neymar going close to an exit from Paris Saint-Germain in the latest transfer window, a former Spain and Real Madrid manager has insisted he would not sign the Brazilian if he was still managing.

The 27-year-old was seemingly on the verge of leaving PSG for FC Barcelona last week, while rivals Real were also believed to be after his signature.
Vicente del Bosque, who had a four-year spell at Los Blancos and an eight-year stint as the Spanish national team coach, believes that, while Neymar is a top player, he comes with a lot of baggage.

"It would have been good for the domestic league for him to return but I have to say that if I was involved with a club, I wouldn't have signed him," he said on radio show Estudio Estadio.
"He is a fine player, for sure, but there are other aspects that turn me off.
"If you were to carry out a survey with Barcelona fans, I'm sure more than 50% of them would have a negative response to his return."
