A former French star has demanded that Lionel Messi make a statement about his future at Paris Saint-Germain after being linked with a big-money move to Saudi Arabia.
Messi's contract with the French giants expires at the end of the current season, although he has been linked with a number clubs next campaign,.

The player's father Jorge Messi has already come out to deny claims about the attacker wanting the same wages as Cristiano Ronaldo if he is to move to Saudi Arabia.
World Cup winner Christophe Dugarry says Messi needs to provide some clarity over his future soon.
"In this story I want to hear Messi express himself. What does this boy want?," Dugarry said, as per Diario AS.
"At some point I need him to take stock, to express himself, to come to 'Rothen lights up' and to explain to us that he loves PSG, that he is happy.
"I want him to accept that his performances have been less good in recent weeks for one reason or another. I want to hear that he still believes that he has the legs to be able to do his best. I want to hear that he loves this club. At some point or another, I need Messi to give me something back."
"It is obvious that his performance is not up to par. What is he there for? Is he there for the marketing, for the shirts, or for the performance?"
