According to The Sun, the Englishman is keen to rekindle his relationship with his teammates after criminal charges against him were dropped earlier this month.
A product of United's academy, Greenwood is now said to have met up privately with some of the players he has a long-standing relationship with at the club in an effort to repair any damage his arrest has caused.
He is also said to have reached out to other members of the dressing room whom he is not as close to via social media.
It is reported that those who agreed to meet with the 21-year-old wanted to hear the forward out and make their own conclusion on the matter after the Crown Prosecution Service decided to drop the charges of attempted rape, controlling and coercive behaviour, and assault against him.
The Manchester native is not expected not play in the rest of the 2022/23 campaign as the record Premier League champions continue their investigation into the circumstances surrounding his arrest.
Earlier this month, it was reported that United manager Erik Ten had contacted the England international for the first time since arriving at the club during the off-season to find out what his mental condition was after the charges were dropped, and was said to be "pleased" to hear from the striker.
