Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford came on as a second-half substitute to score an incredible hat-trick in his side's 5-0 win over RB Leipzig in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday night, setting a remarkable record along the way.

The 22-year-old was introduced as a substitute in the second half by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on Wednesday night, before finding the back of the net on three occasions in emphatic fashion.
Rashford is the fifth player in the competition's history to score a hat-trick as a substitute, but what separates him from the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Walter Pandiani is how quickly he brought up his treble.
The Red Devils forward scored his hat-trick in just 27 minutes, the least number of minutes a substitute has needed to secure his three goals.

Rashford has now found the back of the net seven times and assisted a further two strikes in nine matches across all competitions for Unite this season.
