There was much speculation that the Red Devils boss would be fired from his position, but news emerged in recent weeks suggesting the Dutchman will stay on as club manager for at least the 2024/25 campaign.
Speaking on Dutch television, the 54-year-old revealed that United executives flew to him while he was on holiday in Ibiza to inform him of the news following their end-of-season review, and it seems there may be more good news for the Haaksbergen native.
With Ten Hag approaching the final year of his existing contract at Old Trafford, United's new INEOS executives are eager to give him an extension, according to the Daily Mail.

Where there is likely to be change within the United coaching staff, however, is with Ten Hag's assistants.
Recently, it was reported that the former Ajax Amsterdam manager was keen to recruit legendary United striker Ruud van Nistelrooy to work alongside him.
