While reports suggest the former Real Madrid coach is not keen on the PSG job, the club's Qatari owners are convinced he is their man choice for next season.
Pochettino is set to be relieved of his duties soon despite leading the side to their 10th Ligue 1 title this past season.
Should the Frenchman take up the coaching role in the French capital, Spanish outlet Sport have reported that he has asked to club to sign French duo Paul Pogba and Ousmane Dembele.
Both Pogba and Dembele will be available on free transfers when their respective contracts expire at the end of this month.
Getting Pogba may be an issue, as a number of reports suggest the midfielder is set to re-join Serie A giants Juventus on a free transfer.
Dembele, meanwhile, has not accepted Barcelona's latest offer, which fuels speculation that he could end up leaving the Camp Nou during the offseason.
However, the report adds that PSG's new sporting director Luis Campos was not keen on bringing in Dembele, while he also wants the club to hire Christophe Galtier ahead of Zidane.
