AS Monaco have secured the signature of talented Belgian midfielder, Youri Tielemans.
The 21-year-old reportedly attracted from Manchester City, but the player has decided to join the Ligue 1 champions.
The Belgian midfielder, who helped Anderlecht win the Beligan title this season, has signed a five-year deal with Monaco.

Telemans also won Belgian Player Of The Year in the Belgian top flight this season.
