With the French champions comfortably leading, Tuchel made the decision to withdraw the 2018 World Cup winner in the 69th minute.
Mbappe and Tuchel were then picture arguing for a few seconds before the former made his way over to the bench without acknowledging anybody on the bench.

"I explained to him why we did this, and it will stay that way. I will always decide the technical aspects. We don't play tennis, we play soccer and we have to respect everyone."
