The FC Barcelona striker has scored three goals in nine appearances since the beginning of the 2018/19 campaign, but has failed to hit the back of the net in his past three games. Coincidentally, Barca failed to win any of those fixtures, picking up just two points.
The 31-year-old has now made the headlines after cameras caught him apparently swearing at match officials during the Blaugrana's 1-1 draw with Athletic Bilbao on Saturday.
"You f**king bottler," he is said to have shouted at referee Santiago Jaime Latre, as claimed by Spanish football programme El Dia Despues and cited by AS.
At another point in the game, Suarez also took his frustrations out on one of the assistant referees, shouting: "You can't see a thing, you clown!"
Despite his public outburst, though, Suarez was not booked, although Lionel Messi and Ivan Rakitic both picked up yellow cards for dissent.
