Ronaldinho's son, Joao Mendes de Assis Moreira, is reportedly on trial at Spanish giants Barcelona.

ESPN has reported that the legendary footballer's 17-year-old son is currently trialling with the LaLiga giants.
It is claimed Mendes is training with the club's Juvenil A side, which is U19 level, hoping to make an impression after leaving Cruzeiro, whom he had been playing for since he was 14 years old.

The teenager is a left-footed attacker who is comfortable playing across the frontline, with his uncle, Roberto de Assis Moreira, believed to be overseeing his career.
His dad, a 2002 FIFA World Cup winner, rose to fame during his five-year spell at Barcelona between 2003 and 2008, during which he won the 2006 UEFA Champions League and two league titles.

Mendes is being coached by Oscar Lopez and ex-Argentina international Javier Saviola, who played with Ronaldinho at the Blaugrana.
