Venue: Estadio El Sadar

Toni Kroos and Aurelien Tchouameni returned to the Los Blancos line-up, as Jude Bellingham missed out as he completes the final game of his two-match suspension.

Carlo Ancelotti's men got off to the perfect start when Vinicius Junior opened the scoring after just four minutes by pouncing on a loose ball to race through on goal and slot home.

Osasuna weren't behind for too long as Ante Budimir got his name on the score-sheet after turning home a cross from Jorge Herrando for his 15th league goal of the campaign.

The lively started continued after the visitors restored their advantage in the 18th minute as a neat move ended with Federico Valverde pulling the ball back for Dani Carvajal, who found the back of the net with a lovely finish with the outside of his boot.

Los Blancos continued to dominate thereafter, but they needed goalkeeper Andriy Lunin to keep their lead intact before the break as he produced a superb save to keep out a curling strike from Jose Arnaiz.

Ancelotti's men went on to bag the third goal on the hour mark, with Brahim Diaz getting his name on the score-sheet when he ran onto Velverde's knockdown to race clear on goal and calmly slot home.

Four minutes later, Los Blancos got a fourth goal through Vinicius who raced clear down the left blank before slotting past Sergio Herrera with a clinical finish.

The visitors thought they had bagged a fifth goal in the final two minutes when Lucas Vazquez's strike was ruled out, but Osasuna did bag a second goal in stoppage time when Iker Muñoz slammed home the consolation from close range.
