Manchester United have confirmed their first departure in the January transfer window.
The Red Devils have announced that striker Joe Hugill will join League Two outfit Carlisle United on loan for the remainder of the season.
The 21-year-old spent the first half of the campaign on loan at Wigan Athletic, where he scored five goals.

"The talented 21-year-old spent the first half of the campaign at Wigan Athletic, scoring five goals as he built on previous spells at Altrincham and Burton Albion.
"Joe now has 43 total competitive appearances in the senior game and played for our first team last summer, scoring our second goal in a 2-0 friendly win over Rangers in Edinburgh."
