AS Maniema Union coach Papy Kimoto has labelled their CAF Champions League tie against Mamelodi Sundowwns as 'semi-final'.
The Congolese side currently sit second in Group B with three points to their but they can move up to second place if they beat Sundowns this afternoon.
The two sides played to a goalless draw in their first meeting last year, but the coach is aiming to claim their first win in the group.

"We consider tomorrow's match a "semi-final"," Kimoto said, as per CAF online.
"We are determined to win and boost our chances before going to Morocco.
"We are not yet eliminated, so we have our luck and our destiny in our hands."
Maniema forward Age Basiala echoed his coach's sentiments as they push for their first three-point haul.
"We know the importance of tomorrow's game and we prepared well for this match with the coach," he added.
"We are ready to snatch our first victory from our fans against a good side like Sundowns."
