After their triumph in the FIFA Club World Cup final, Real Madrid have now won more international trophies than one of Africa's biggest.

Los Blancos beat hosts Kashima Antlers, who knocked out Mamelodi Sundowns in the quarter-final and became the first Asian nation to reach the final, 4-2 after extra-time.
It was Real's 21st international trophy in history, more than any other club.
The Spanish giants have now also lifted more international trophies than African giants Al Ahly as well as their long-standing rivals FC Barcelona, who both claimed 20 titles.
Real have won 11 UEFA Champions Leagues, three UEFA Super Cups, three Intercontinental Cups (predecessor of the FIFA Club World Cup), two UEFA Cups (UEFA Europa Leagues) and two FIFA Club World Cups.
Al Alhy have lifted eight CAF Champions Leagues trophies, six CAF Super Cups, four African Cup Winners' Cups, one CAF Confederations Cup and one Afro-Asian Cup (another predecessor to the FIFA Club World Cup).
Barcelona, meanwhile, have won five UEFA Champions League trophies, five UEFA Super Cups, four European Cup Winners' Cups, three Fairs Cups (predecessor of the UEFA Cup/Europa League) and three FIFA Club World Cups.

Real also extended their unbeaten run to and need survive seven more games without defeat to beat Juventus' all-time record of longest run without a defeat from 2011/12.
