Ronaldinho To Lose Two Homes In Brazil Over Money Issues?

Brazil and Barcelona legend Ronaldinho could reportedly be facing the loss of two properties in his home country due to alleged debts.

According to the Daily Mail, the former Selecao No. 10 is in financial trouble again.

The report claims tax authorities in Brazil have "ordered a valuation of his real estate assets in Rio de Janeiro and his home state of Rio Grande do Sul", potentially properties they could use to "recoup any money owed" by the 43-year-old.

The publication bases its story on media reports from Brazil, which claims that tax inspectors are believed to have found no money in the legendary player's bank accounts and, as a result, could look to seize those two homes.

This news comes five years after Ronaldinho had several cars and expensive pieces of art taken by Brazilian officials over claims he owed money to authorities.

Earlier in 2018, the ex-AC Milan midfielder had his passport confiscated in a separate case, which involved a fine levied against the Brazilian over illegal construction at one of his houses in Brazil.
