Barcelona midfielder Sergi Roberto has sent a message to Lionel Messi, who was booed by a section of Paris Saint-Germain supporters on Sunday.
The Argentine World Cup winner received an icy reception at the Parc des Princes when his name read out by stadium announcer before their clash with Rennes got underway.

Messi was in no mood to hang around after the final whistle and marched straight down the tunnel as PSG suffered a 2-0 defeat.
Roberto, who netted in Barcelona's El Clasico win a few hours later, says they would welcome Messi back with open arms.
"With open arms, who is not going to be prepared for Messi's return? In the end, we don't want to talk a lot because he, the president, the coach or whoever has to decide, but if it's because of the players, we are waiting for him now," Roberto told Jijantes FC.
Roberto added that he was surprised with the reaction Messi received from supporters this season.
"You don't understand that he is having a good season in Paris, scoring many goals, assisting… Because of the [Champions League] elimination they have taken issue with him, but he is a spectacular player and it's bad that a player of this level is treated in this way," he added.
"Here we are going to treat him very well if he comes."
