The Portuguese duo arrived at the Camp Nou on deadline day on season-long loan deals, and, with the pair enduring underwhelming loan spells at the back end of the 2022/23 campaigns, that has not been the case for the Blaugrana.
In the three matches that both stars have played, Barca have won three times and have scored plenty goals in the process. According to Mundo Deportivo, it has led the LALIGA champions to wonder what it would cost to have the A Selecao representatives make permanent moves to Catalonia.
In the case of Felix, the Spanish publication has reported that a deal for him may be more difficult to complete given that the club are still unstable financially. It is for this reason that Atletico Madrid have only decided to quote the Catalan giants €80 million (R1.6 billion) for his services.
Los Rojiblancos would be making a loss on the 23-year-old considering that they paid a club-record fee of €127 million (R2.5 billion) for him, but given their strained relationship, it seems that Colchoneros are willing to cut their losses.
The same report claims that a transfer for Cancelo is more realistic as Manchester City are said to be willing to let go for the attacking full back for only €25 million (R501 million).
Despite his talent, the fact that this is his second successive loan, him being 29 and considering that Pep Guardiola seemingly sees no use from him is perhaps what has drove the defender's valuation down.

As per the club's new sporting director, Deco, the permanent arrival of his compatriots will be contingent on how well they play, and judging by the way the pair have been performing it seems that they want to stay.
