Towards the end of last month, the Liverpool manager communicated his decision with the public to step down from his role at the conclusion of the campaign.
A day later, Barcelona head coach Xavi announced he, too, will be leaving his position in Spain, leading to suggestions that the Blaugrana could potentially move for Klopp.
While the German tactician has said he wants a break from football, rumours still continue to link the ex-Borussia Dortmund man with other jobs around Europe.
Deco, however, declined to comment on whether or not Barcelona see Klopp as a potential replacement for the outgoing Xavi.
"Klopp is a top coach, but I don't think this is the moment to speak about it," he told La Vanguardia.
"We have many options; the future head coach will be discussed later."
