Spurs, meanwhile, booked their spot in the last four in emphatic fashion after thumping Championship side Millwall 6-0 at White Hart Lane.
While, Mauricio Pochettino's side come into this match on the back of a 4-0 win over Bournemouth in the Premier League.
When these two sides last met, Spurs recorded a 2-0 win over the Blues thanks to a brace from Dele Alli.
