The north Londoners have confirmed that one of their star academy graduates, Emile Smith Rowe, will be leaving the club to join fellow Premier League outfit Fulham FC.

The England international first emerged on the scene during the COVID-19 pandemic-plagued 2020/21 campaign.

He scored two goals and provided four assists in his debut season in the English top flight, providing him with the platform to kick on the following year.

In the 2021/22 campaign, the London native scored 10 league goals and provided two assists as he helped the Gunners push for a UEFA Champions League spot.

After that, however, the 24-year-old struggled with injuries and subsequently found it difficult to break back into Mikel Arteta's strongest starting XI.

Since the beginning of the 2022/23 season, Smith Rowe had started only three games in the English top flight for his boyhood club, paving the way for him to make the switch to Fulham today.
