Reports in England suggest that former Manchester City stalwart Yaya Toure is about to be offered a contract worth £100 000 (R1.76 million) a week by a Premier League club.
Toure's Next Destination Revealed?
According to The Sun, ??Crystal Palace are interested in the Ivorian, and hope he will end his career at Selhurst Park.
The 35-year-old, who is now a free agent, was also linked with West Ham United recently, but his public spat with former manager Pep Guardiola has reportedly put the London side off the idea of signing the midfielder.
The Eagles believe they can now tempt the former FC Barcelona star to join them with the offer of £100 000 (R1.76 million) a week, wages he is unlikely to receive anywhere else in England.
The three-time Premier League winner feels he can still compete at the top level, and is hoping he can find a club in London – he recently moved to the city and does not want to uproot his family again.
