Liverpool 2-2 Fulham
Leaders Liverpool resumed Premier League action with a 2-2 draw against Fulham at Anfield.
Cody Gakpo was given a start in the attack as Darwin Nunez dropped to the bench following the victory over Girona in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday.
The visitors got off to the perfect start when former Manchester United youngster Andreas Pereira got on the end of Robinson's cross to turn home at the far post.
The situation got worse for the Reds on 17 minutes when Andrew Robertson was shown a straight red card for dangerous challenge on Harry Wilson.
Liverpool got back on level terms two minutes into second period when Gakpo nodded home a cross from Mohamed Salah.
However, Fulham restored their lead in the 77th minute when Robinson surged into the box to pick out Rodrigo Muniz, who brilliantly flicked the ball into the back of the net.
Diogo Jota brought Liverpool back on level terms for a second time with a lovely turn and finish on the edge of the box.
Arsenal 0-0 Everton
Arsenal were unable to take advantage of Liverpool's slip up after being held to a goalless draw by Everton at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners made three changes from the midweek win over AS Monaco, as Gabriel Magalhaes, Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber were recalled while 18-year-old Myles Lewis-Skelly kept his place for his first league start.
The Gunners now sit six points behind Liverpool, who have still played a game less.
Newcastle United 4-0 Leicester City
Newcastle United proved too strong for Leicester City after registering a 4-0 win at St Jame's Park.
The Magpies took the lead in the 30th minute when Anthony Gordon turned provider to pick out Josh Murphy, who fired home from close range.
Eddie Howe's charges took over in the second half as Bruno Guimaraes and Aleksander Isak put the team 3-0 up in the opening five minutes.
The rout continued as Murphy got his second goal on the day after being set up by Isak.
Wolverhampton Wanderers 1-2 Ipswich Town
Ipswich Town claimed their second win of the season after defeating Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-1 at Molineux Stadium.
The visitors got off to the perfect start when Wolves defender Matt Doherty deflected the ball into his own net while trying to clear a cross on 15 minutes.
The home side had to wait until the 72nd minute for the equaliser as Mathues Cunha found the back of the net after being set up by Goncalo Guedes.
With the game seemingly headed for a draw, Ipswich popped up with the winning goal in the 94th minute courtesy of Jack Taylor's finish.
