Centre-back Victor Lindelof emerged as a possible transfer target for the Catalan giants a few weeks ago after it seemingly became clear that Barca are likely to miss out on the signing of Matthijs de Ligt.
The Swede's agent, Hasan Cetinkaya, seemed to confirm that a big European club were after his signature recently, but the 24-year-old has now insisted he is delighted to be a United player.

"I'm very, very happy to be a Manchester United player and I'm really looking forward to this season," he said, according to Mundo Deportivo.
"I'm very excited for a new season to start, so, yeah, that's my answer, I'm very happy here."
