Liverpool are reportedly coming to grips with the fact that they may lose Mohamed Salah, and have subsequently placed a massive price tag on their talisman.

The Egyptian is set to command one of the largest transfer fees in football history, according Fichajes, with the Spanish publication claiming that the Reds want £200 million (R4.7 billion) to let their star leave the club.
The 31-year-old is still producing at a world-class level, with 10 goals and four assists already in the Premier League this season, and as he approaches the final year of his contract, the English giants are likely going to want to extend his current deal.
The Nagrig native is already the highest-paid player in Liverpool's history, earning a staggering £350 000 (R8.3 million) a week, but they may need to pay a lot more if they want to keep him, considering the recent Saudi Arabia interest in his services.
Saudi Pro League champions Al Ittihad pushed hard to sign the three-time EPL Golden Boot winner this past off-season, but the Merseyside club rebuffed the Tigers' reported £150 million (R3.5 billion) transfer bid.
The Merseysiders may have to reconsider their position come the end of the season, though, especially if Salah is reluctant to extend his contract.
The six-time European Cup winners will have to weigh up whether Salah is worth what he will asking for to stay with the team. Should they sell him, though, it is rumoured that Jurgen Klopp could look at using the funds recouped for him to possibly try to get Kylian Mbappe, who has been linked with a move to the EPL giants.
