Amid speculation linking Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp with the managerial jobs at FC Barcelona and Real Madrid, former Reds and England striker Emile Heskey has explained why he believes the German boss will not be making the move any time soon.
Klopp's success with Liverpool, which includes UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup titles, has seen him pop up on the radars of the LaLiga rivals in recent times, but Heskey does not think the 52-year-old will accept any offers should they be forthcoming.
The former England international was responding to questions posed by GentingBet when he shared his belief that the former Borussia Dortmund boss still had unfinished business at Anfield.
"They are moving into a new training facility, they are really getting to where they feel that they can be when it comes to being recognised as an international brand as a football club. Klopp has really put them on the map there.
"I think he still feels like he has a lot to do. So, I don't think the fans will be overly worried about Klopp leaving."
Klopp, who recently signed a new deal to extend his stay at Anfield until 2024, has been at Liverpool since October 2015, and has guided the club to the top of the Premier League table this season, where they hold a 25-point lead over reigning champions Manchester City.
