Gallagher reportedly met with the club on Friday to inform them of his desire to sign a new long-term deal, but the club informed he will not be allowed to attend training with the first team on Monday.
The Blues have been trying to offload the 24-year-old, who is believed to be worth around £40million but he was keen on staying at Stamford Bridge.
