The Chelsea midfielder, who captained his country for the first time during the 2-0 defeat on Tuesday, was seemingly annoyed with the latest defeat to the Dutch.
The 2-0 loss followed on from La Roja's poor 2014 World Cup, where the Dutch thrashed the then defending champions 5-1.
When quizzed on whether he still believed in his national team, a clearly angered Fabregas responded: "I don't know, you tell me!"
He then stormed away from the cameras and added "What a question. The nerve you have. What a question."
Fabregas has received lots of media criticism for his Chelsea performances lately, and it seems as if the Spaniard is getting frustrated by having to defend himself or his teams all the time.
