Due to the lack of game time, Sanches announced earlier this week that he wanted to leave before the European transfer window slams shut.
The Portuguese midfielder has got his wish and has penned a five-year deal with Ligue 1 side Lille in a deal reportedly worth €25million.

Thanks for everything, @renatosanches35! pic.twitter.com/vPqy51So2r
"Renato Sanches asked us to agree to the transfer because he wanted to join a club where he can play on a regular basis. Unfortunately, we were unable to guarantee that at FC Bayern. Match practice is also important to him because he wants a place in the Portugal squad for EURO 2020. I would like to thank Renato for his performances, and on behalf of FC Bayern I wish him all the best for the future."
