German giants Bayern Munich have confirmed the arrival of Croatia international Ivan Perisic from Italian side Inter Milan.

After completing a medical at the Bundesliga champions on Monday, the 30-year-old left-winger has been confirmed as the club's latest signing.

Perisic has joined the Bavarians on loan, although there is believed to be an "option to buy" at €30 million (R515 million) in his contract.

Having joined in 2015, Perisic spent four years at Inter, representing the Nerazzurri on 163 occasions while scoring 40 goals and assisting a further 37 strikes.
