Despite ending up on the losing side as Bayer Leverkusen went down 2-0 at the hands of Koln, Havertz made his 100th appearance in the German top flight.
At the age of 20 years and 186 days, Havertz is now the youngest player in Bundesliga history to reach the impressive landmark.
Havertz broke the record which was previously held by his Germany international teammate Timo Werner (20 years and 203 days).
