Following Borussia's Dortmund failure to beat Werder Bremen last weekend, Bayern moved four points clear with a 3-1 win over Hannover.
Victory for the Bavarians this afternoon will see them clinch a seventh successive league title, regardless of Dortmund's result against Fortuna Dusseldorf.
Niko Kovac's men will come up against a Leipzig outfit, who have won six of their last seven league encounters.
Leipzig have already already clinched a Champions League football for next season and will finish the campaign in third spot.
The hosts will be confident heading in to the encounter, as they defeated Bayern in this fixture last season.
