One of Bayern Munich's star players is reportedly open to leaving the Bavarian giants and has chosen which of the ElClasico clubs he would prefer to join.

Earlier this month, it was reported that Real Madrid were looking to replace Luka Modric and Toni Kroos at the end of the 2023/24 campaign with an experienced midfielder to help Los Blancos' budding young core.
Real's main target for the role was said to be Germany captain Joshua Kimmich, but while the record European champions may be interested in his services, it appears it is Barcelona the 28-year-old would prefer to join.
According to Mundo Deportivo, the holding midfielder is unhappy with his situation at the Allianz Arena and would be keen to make his way to Catalonia as soon as this the upcoming transfer window.
Kimmich is believed to be unhappy about Julian Nagelsmann's sacking earlier this year, and couple that with the fact that the Bundesliga leaders have been shrouded in in controversy for most of this season, it seems the versatile player is now willing to call the Camp Nou his new home.

The Rottweil native is said to be impressed with Xavi Hernandez's project in Catalonia, especially after he was able to guide the Blaugrana to triumphs in the Supercopa de Espana and LaLiga this season.
The German also has friends in the Barca dressing room already, with his former Bayern teammate Robert Lewandowski and his international colleague Marc-Andre ter Stegen both prominent figures at the Spanish club.
While Kimmich's versatility is attractive given he is able to play in midfield and at right-back at world-class levels, positions the Catalan club need reinforcing in, it is his price that will most intrigue the Blaugrana.

Bayern are not a team that likes to keep players who do not want to play for them, and given that the ex-Stuttgart man's contract with the record German champions draws to a close in 2025, the Bundesliga club may be willing to sell their star man for a reasonable price.
