According to Sky Sports Germany, 2018 FIFA World Cup winner Lucas Hernandez wants to make an exit from the Allianz Arena in this transfer window.
The France international is entering the final year of his contract with the Bavarian giants, and has reportedly made it clear he will not be extending his stay with Der Rekordmeister.
The news reportedly emerges after the Bundesliga side sat down with the 27-year-old to discuss his future and offer him a new three-year deal, but the Marseille native was adamant in his decision to leave.
The same report claims the centre-back wants to return to his native France to play for the nation's most successful side, PSG.
As a consequence of the meeting, the German outfit has green-lit Hernandez's desired move, but will be looking for a €60 million (R1.2 billion) transfer fee, plus bonuses, from any team keen on purchasing him.
Die Roten now face the prospect of losing two French defenders, with Benjamin Pavard also rumoured to be keen on an exit from the Allianz Arena.
