Bayern Munich have responded to the links with Cristiano Ronaldo amid the uncertainty surrounding Robert Lewandowski's future.
Lewandowski has been quite vocal about his desire to leave the Bundesliga champions with one year left on his current deal.
The Bavarians, meanwhile, have constantly reiterated their stance on not selling the Polish striker, who may ended up leave for free when his contract expires in 2023.
Should Lewandowski end up leaving, there were reports claiming Bayern could look to Manchester United's top scorer as a possible replacement.
Ronaldo's future also remains unclear at Old Trafford as he heads into the final year of his contract following the arrival of Dutch tactician Erik ten Hag.
However, German publication Bild have reported that the Bundesliga champions have no interest in signing the five-time Ballon d'Or winner for next season.
Bayern director Hasan Salihamidzic also confirmed that the club are not interested in signing the Portuguese superstar.
