Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich reportedly look set to beat Manchester United to the signing a of a Serie A star.
The Red Devils have been linked with Kim Min-Jae in the last few weeks as Erik ten Hag looks to bolster his squad ahead of the new season.

However, it seems the Premier League side are not the only team interested as the Bavarians and Newcastle United are also keen on the 26-year-old defender.
Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano has reported that Bayern are looking like the favourites to land the South Korean international.

The report from Romano claims that the German champions have held 'positive talks' with the player and have already given their first proposal to the agent.
The Korean joined Napoli from Fenerbahce at the start of the season and racked up 35 appearances on the way to helping the club claim their first Serie A title since 1990.
