A 14-year-old wonderkid from Cameroon is the latest player to leave his mark in Europe after sensationally making history in the UEFA Youth League on Thursday night.
Cameroon-born striker Youssoufa Moukoko is the name on everybody's lips in Germany these days where the teenage sensation has been breaking records on a regular basis for Borussia Dortmund's youth teams.
The 14-year-old, who has scored 16 goals and recorded three assists in 12 appearances for the club's U19 side this season, continued his fine form on Thursday when he became the youngest-ever goalscorer in the UEFA Youth League.
Moukoko netted during his side's match against Inter Milan and in doing so smashed the record of 16 years and 30 days which was jointly held by Ajax's Youri Regeer and Christos Liatsos of Olympiacos, per the Bundesliga's official website.
The German youth international has made headlines across Europe in recent times, after being fast-tracked to Dortmund's U19 side following a season that saw him score over 50 goals for the club at youth level.
Moukoko was born in Yaounde, Cameroon and was previously on the books at fellow German club St. Pauli until 2016 when he joined Dortmund.
