A 17-year-old wonderkid who is enjoying a breakthrough season at Bayern Munich is reportedly demanding £100 000 (R2 million) a week in contract renewal talks.
Jamal Musiala has featured 18 times for the German giants' senior side this season, scoring three goals in the process.
With the attacking midfielder still on a youth contract, the teenager is seeking a bumper new deal at the club with several clubs in England said to be interested in his services.
The promising player was born in Stuttgart and therefore could represent Germany at senior international level, but is also eligible for England as his dad is said to be British-Nigerian.
Musiala has played for both countries at youth level, but is now focussed on his senior club career as he seeks assurances on his future.
The starlet has apparently asked the Bavarians to pay him £100 000 (R2 million) a week, which has reportedly seen contract discussions come to a halt.
Musiala left Chelsea's youth system to join the Bundesliga giants in in 2019, and the Blues were reportedly frustrated at losing a player with such a bright future.
Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City are among the clubs believed to be monitoring his situation in Germany.
