It was another unforgettable evening in the capital of France, where French publication France Football held their annual awards night to celebrate the best performers of the calendar year.
Messi scooped the main accolade for a sixth time after a brilliant 2019, during which he won the LaLiga title as well as individual prizes such as the 2018/19 European Golden Shoe award and the Best FIFA Men's Player prize.
