According to Nehanda Radio, the former Chiefs winger is now nearing a move to the Zimbabwean outfit.
The report adds that arrival of Karuru would be seen as another high-profile aquisition after the arrival of Billiat last month.
Yadah club owner Prophet Walter Magaya said during Billiat's unveiling that he would be interested in securing Karuru's signature.
"I want other players like Ovidy Karuru who do not have teams to come back home and play in the PSL because I believe they are still above the local league standard," Magaya said, as per Nehanda Radio
Before leaving to play in the Saudi second division, Karuru was on the books of Black Leopards, AmaZulu and Stellenbosch FC.
The 35-year-old is now reportedly set to return to his home nation for the first time since 2009 when he left Masvingo United.
