Cote d'Ivoire made a statement win in their opening game of Group F after trouncing Seychelles 9-0 on Friday evening at Stade Olympique Alassane Ouattara.
Sebastien Haller got the opener for Ivory Coast on 20 minutes, Ibrahim Sangare doubled their lead four minutes later and Simon Adingra put the hosts out of sight with nine minutes still to play of the first stanza.
