South Africa overcame old foes Nigeria 1-0 in the first semi-final, while Morocco beat North African rivals Egypt by the same scoreline to set up a mouthwatering clash.
Amajita are chasing their first title in the competition while the Atlas Cubs are chasing their second title since 1997.
According to the Moroccan publication Al-Aloul, Morocco's U-20 national team coach, Nabil Ouahbi, praised his opponents for their consistent performance in the competition so far.
The Atlas Cubs coach said his team's qualification for the final was"logical" and he reaffirmed his team's determination to win the competition.
Ouahbi praised both teams' style of play, tactics, and intelligence and said his team showed composure in a difficult match against Egypt to advance.
Atlas Cubs captain Hossam Al-Sadiq acknowledged the difficulty of the clash against Egypt but also acknowledged the team's efforts to overcome the hosts, Pan-Africa Football reported.
"We came with two goals: the first is to reach the World Cup in Chile, and we succeeded in this mission without any difficulties, while the ultimate goal is to return to Morocco with the title,” he said.
