During the first half of the Absa Premiership season, the trio of George Maluleka, George Lebese and Mandla Masango, known as MaLeMa, formed a deadly attacking three-some and were at the forefront of every attacking movement going forward.
The Fan Park crew will now take a look at the trio's performances going into the second half of the season.
Mido ,as he known amongst his peers, has been one of Chiefs' unsung heroes this season. When played just behind the striker, Maluleka was definitely at his best. He may find his opportunities in the starting XI limited as both Reneilwe Letsholonyane and Bernard Parker are strong contenders in the number 10 role for Chiefs.
Following his recent run-in with the law, Lebese may have to put his antics to one side and hope that it won’t affect his game. Milkshake has definitely made a name for himself at Amakhosi this season, as he has not set a foot wrong on the field of play.
Bullet may have been slacking lately, as he has not been as sharp as he was at the beginning of the season. However, with the opportunity to reunite with Maluleka and Lebese, the best may yet be on the way for Masango in the second half of the season.
Do you think MaLeMa will continue to shine in the second of the season?
